Third time here and honestly his hotel simply is in a prime location for quick shopping needs. Front desk staff was very friendly. Checked in with an upgraded two beds instead of one free of charge. The only downside was the shower gel bottle was empty on entry and we alerted the housekeeping staff and they gave us another bottle. Other than that, this place continues to be a return hotel for one day shopping stays in USA.

It was loud and there were drunk people yelling in the parking lot all night and running up and down the halls we stayed here for a sporting event and were so upset that we could t even sleep after laying $150 for the night. No one asked the drunk people to leave or be quiet. I would want my money back after this incident.

Breakfast was a joke. No hot water for the shower and room needs to be updated. Felt like I was staying in a room that was from 80's.

Advertised as having a kitchen, this is why I booked it. Upon arrival was advised the kitchen is not stocked and has no dishes utensils, pans, or anything… actual kitchen area is so small you can barely make a sandwich without putting the stuff in the sink. Room had no or the cheapest basics. Requested keys, returned to front desk at checkout, nobody was at front desk at checkout time while a group of us waited for 5 to 10 minutes, eventually, we just dropped our cards on the desk and left. Perfectly adequate for a quick in and out, but that’s not why I booked it.

The property is poorly maintained in and out. There looks to be lots of maintenance needed throughout the property. Although the room was clean it was small and cramped for two of us, it was in need of a repaint and a replacement of the worn carpeting. The breakfast area has few choices, is poorly organized, does not have any proteins available with breakfast, has no lids for hot coffee, nor do they use metal silverware or hard plates, instead it's plastic eating utensils and paper plates. There are also no trays available to take food to your room and we ended up "checking out" a real plate so that I could carry hot coffee back to the room. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. For a Wyndham Hotel, it is surprising.

The room was clean but the hall carpets not as much. The hotel is in good shape while also careworn. There were lots of charging outlets but several did not work. Staff was very helpful with area restaurant ideas.

Rooms and hotel VERY dated. Staff was friendly, but found a cockroach in the bathroom. Will find other accommodations next time.
