What an amazing place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was a special experience having Juliet to ourselves. The addition of the jacuzzi on the roof top which you could hire for a hour was a fun way to watch the sunset.

You are booking a room, no bar, no restaurant or other facilities, no parking (pedestrian area). The room was excellent, the location fabulous, and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a high room with a balcony overlooking the crowded streets below, and although no bar, a mini fridge with beers and wines are included in the price, as were a range of snacks. Only stayed one night as part of a tour but it was exceptional.

Rooms clean and beautifully decorated with large bathroom and powerful shower . We barely saw any staff during our stay as communication mostly by WhatsApp and phone . One office where staff seem to be based and we didn’t see anyone in evenings . No breakfast available at all . Excellent housekeeping service for room. Location great but the experience felt quite impersonal overall . I had mentioned my husband’s birthday on check in form but there was no acknowledgement or gesture regarding this ( they did ask if any special occasion ). Ask for mattress topper as bed extremely hard without it . Lovely rooms but I would prefer a hotel with staff a little more visible .

Hotel Milù Milano was a fantastic stay in Milan. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions and great shopping areas. The hotel has a very modern and stylish design, which I really loved. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Even though I had ordered something before I arrived, the hotel was very helpful in assisting with the delivery. Unfortunately, the order was delayed until after I left, so I had to request a refund, but I truly appreciated how accommodating the hotel was — perfect for a shopaholic like me! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy access from nearby piazza. The room was warm, but cooled down at night with windows open. Staff was very nice. It was a little haed to find due to the long line thru the alley leading to Juliette’s Balcony… I wasn’t aware this attraction was in the same courtyard as the hotel!
