C'était super La dame a l'accueil était super gentil, très professionnel Le site hôtel.com ma paid payé des taxes + frais mais une fois arrivé sur place l'hôtel ma demander de payer des taxes L'hôtel s'excuser pour ça mais ce qui est pas compréhensible pourquoi hôtel.com fait payer les clients ce genre de tax et en plus ont le sera pas avant le payment ...

Clean room great staff and fab location out of city centre so felt safe with lots of food outlets around you . Will deffo use again

Friendly staff restaurants and lidle nearby seating outside reception where we enjoyed a bottle or two of wine

Property is tired ,shower room in particular

Overnight stay on way to holiday. Had late check-in at 11:30pm , very good

The beds were tiny. Beds were uncomfortable. 1 pillow each for a family of 6. No kettle or coffee making facilities. We went and purchased a kettle because we needed it for baby bottles. Air conditioning was mediocre and didn’t really work.

The owner was extremely nice , however room floor was a little sticky

I didn’t realise the hotel had so many people staying full time. It felt like an immigration holding facility.
