There were ants everywhere. No microwave in the building and room wasn’t clean when I arrived.

You get exactly what you pay for at Lalissa. Great location and extremely friendly staff; however, the bed creaked so loud that it woke me up everytime me or my partner slightly moved and the shower did not get hot or even very warm which was disappointing.

Air conditioning worked super well and the room stayed cool all day despite the AC being off. Spacious room, convenient location near Ao Nang beach. Floors were clean but surfaces did not appear to be cleaned well between travellers’ stays. Was not pleased with the bathroom—shower had mould and was not well kept, toilet did not appear clean at all when we arrived. Did not know we had to put the sign on the doorknob to ask for cleaning so we didn’t have our room cleaned during our stay.

good location , good staff, the place didn't like so much , smell like weed , no elevator , towels were very old .

Amazing hotel run by the family. Very accommodating and friendly all the time. Clean rooms and very big lots of space. Big comfortable bed. The air condition was working well. Great location close to the beach and nice restaurants. I would definitely come back to stay at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing every day. They made it fresh, lots to choose from the menu. Well worth the money and more. Don’t stay at the J Hotel it’s a dump. Stay here it’s 300 times better.

We stayed for 8 nights in a ground-floor superior room. At first, we were a bit disappointed with the shabby terrace facing a stone wall, but the room itself was spacious and nicely presented. Unfortunately, we experienced a couple of uncomfortable situations. On two occasions, two different boys was standing outside our room looking into our room, which made us feel unsafe. We reported this to the staff, and it did not happen again. We also had an issue with a strong sewage smell from the toilet. The staff responded and added something to reduce the odor, which helped somewhat. The walls were quite thin, so we could hear conversations from the neighboring room. But the reception staff were friendly and helpful, although some of them had limited English skills. Overall, the hotel itself was ok, but safety concerns and odor issue unfortunately affected our stay.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff is super friendly. Room needs minor repairs like balcony door handle was loose and towel rod was loose. Biggest complaint is the room power depends on the key, your only given one, and the AC takes a while to cool the room after you've been out.

I forgot to get the deposit back due to rushing to airport. The hotel staff send message and call me via my whatapp to notice us the refund of deposit, and send it back through my wechat payment receive. Very responsive and sweet act.
