The property was disappointing for a Hilton property. It took multiple requests to get an ironing board in the room, and get the room cleaned. It is part of the stay to have the room cleaned but it was not in day one and was not cleaned until almost 6 PM on day two. The pool area routinely had debris around and floating in the pool. The pictures of the property show emerald green waters and clean beaches, this was not our experience. In the room, there were pieces tile missing from the floor in a few areas and on the building exterior, peeling paint was readily visible.
On a positive note, the staff was friendly, including the great valet staff.
