my disappointment was regarding the excessive noise caused by housekeeping during my stay at your hotel. Starting from around 8:30 a.m. every morning, the housekeeping staff began cleaning the rooms on our floor. Unfortunately, this involved repeatedly slamming room doors and using vacuum cleaners in the corridors for an extended period of time. The noise was extremely loud, and because the soundproofing between the rooms and the corridor is quite poor, it was impossible to continue resting. I completely understand that housekeeping has work to do, and I have no objection to rooms being cleaned during the morning. However, guests are entitled to remain in their rooms until the official check-out time, and many are still sleeping at that hour. It is therefore reasonable to expect staff to close doors quietly and avoid unnecessary noise in the corridors, especially when using equipment such as vacuum cleaners. This was by far the most disappointing aspect of our stay. A comfortable night’s sleep is one of the most important expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, the excessive noise every morning significantly affected our experience. I hope the hotel would review your housekeeping procedures so that future guests are not disturbed in the same way.

Great hotel in the city center, great breakfast and very friendly staff, the perfect hotel for a city break.

We really liked hotel and its location. Pavel at the front desk was very helpful during check-in and was able to change currency for us. My only issue at all was before checking, I emailed the hotel at the only address I had asking for help scheduling an airport pickup. Instead of helping, I received an email reply advising I would need to send another email to someone else at the hotel who would then be able to help me? Not really the level of service I was expecting…so I made other transportation arrangements altogether.

Staff and cleanliness

Everything was great from the staff to the room and breakfast was the best . The location was very good .easy to walk to the attractions

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location met my needs perfectly. My only suggestion for improvement is the shower/tub design. The bathtub had unusually high sides, making it difficult to step in and out safely. I'm 6'3", and even I had to bend my legs quite a bit to get in and out. It made me think that older guests or anyone with limited mobility could have a difficult time and potentially be at risk of slipping or falling. Other than that, I had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Room was comfortable with air conditioning. The breakfast was amazing and wonderful staff.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the city center. Most of the attractions are at a walkable distance. Good spread for the breakfast. I stayed for six nights and would definitely recommend this stay.
