Worse than an average motel stay so won't go back again! The first time we stayed was a few years ago, excellent service, the gentlemen at the reception are no longer there, mostly likely due to the change of ownership, the whole hotel has gone to an unpleasant place to stay. We were given one of the downstairs rooms, bathroom was so old and poorly maintained, one mattress needs replacement, both couches need a good clean, very inconsiderate that the kettle couldn't plug into the wall behind so we had to put on the bathroom basin and plug into the bathroom wall, disgusting... then was the ant bomb, literally millions of ants, called the receptionist, didn't show up until 40mins later, did apologize, got us move to upstairs, offered free laundry service...

Great location and room for our 3 night stay. Central so close to CBD and great having bar and restaurant on site.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
