Very clean room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had air conditioning and available breakfast. Free tea & coffee in reception was a nice touch. The room was super big and had everything we needed. Great location for Euston & to get to and from Wembley stadium.

Hebat I had a room with a double bed and two bunk beds. Plenty of space for a large family, but the floorboards really creak very loudly, surprising for a basement room! No lock on the inside of the door which was a concern.

One of the best features in walking distance from 4 tube line that'll take you anywhere. The hotel is also air conditioned which is great during hot weather. The hotel is in excellent condition, recently renovated. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. Second time here and would stay here again.

Bagus We booked a room with 2 x double beds. The room was small and in the basement and one bed was positioned directly next to the door. The bedroom carpet was stained and the window was very difficult to open. Fridge didn’t work. Shower was tiny but worked well.
Room cleverly designed as shower and toilet hidden behind sliding doors. Nicely designed and decorated and bed and pillows comfortable. We all had a good nights sleep.
Quick check in and check out process, all staff were very friendly and helpful, great location - a few minutes walk from the town centre and underground.
