1.5階海側和洋室からの松島湾は快適でした。雨上がりとともに松島湾に虹が見えたのも最高のタイミングでした。部屋も広く清潔感があり、親子三人でゆったりと過ごすことができました。 2.夕食・朝食ビュッフェは、混み合うこともなく和洋折衷料理をゆったりとお腹いっぱい美味しくいただきました。 3.大浴場と露天風呂そしてサウナもゆったりと入ることができて、とても気持ちが良かったです。息子と久しぶりの入浴タイムでした。 4.スタッフの方々の対応も迅速丁寧で申し分なかったです。 5.館内は清潔感があり広々とした空間のなかで快適に過ごせました。 6.家族も喜んでいました。また利用したいと思います。

５階の海側和洋室一泊。食事の良さは特筆できる、正直驚いた。部屋も清潔で高評価。細かいが気が付いた点は、部屋は広いが玄関やトイレは扉の開け閉めで窮屈になる。スペース設計が残念。エアコンのスイッチが玄関ドア横なので調節が面倒。リモコンがあったのかもしれないが見つからなかった。タオルが固く肌が痛かった。従業員の方はバス運転手の方も含め皆親切で丁寧だが、食事スタッフが丁寧過ぎで笑顔が必要以上に作られたものに感じ少し居心地が悪かった。全体としては大いに満足の滞在でした。

スタッフの方のお出迎え、お声がけ等とても親切丁寧でした。混んでる際のエレベーターはかなり来るまで待つ感じで、狭いので人数が乗れなかった。お風呂は半露天風呂に10人は入らない感じで、時間帯のせいなのか話し込んでる人もいて入れなかった。食事は、夕方も朝も種類が豊富で大満足のバイキングでした。特に夜の生ピアノ演奏、誕生日ソングや、スタッフさんが写真を撮ってくれるサービスなど、心遣いが良かった。

The property has a pretty environment and has a nice view of the Matsushima bay area. It offers tasty meals with a good variety of food and beverages. Unfortunately the room that I was assigned, while has a nice view, is right next to the railway tracks with trains frequently passing. No information about the railway tracks were provided in the process of booking online, I believe Expedia should alert customers to state clearly their request for a quiet room away from the railway. The property should also consider installing double glazed windows for the rooms affected. Should I be staying for more than one night, I would request a change of rooms.

Excellent resort beautiful views from ocean view room and the lobby area. We did half board and buffet style breakfast and dinner were excellent. The hotel is situated on top of a steep hill so walking into the town is not an option but the hotel provides free shuttle service which is very convenient.

Beautiful hotel, with a complimentary breakfast buffet and a bathhouse. Traditional bedroom was nice, but sleeping on a futon on the floor was hard on an American back! Take the free tour bus into downtown for a fun Matsushima shopping experience!
