This is a great option in Legian! The staff were super awesome and kind. They were literally helpful in every way they could be. Now for the important basics—they had hot water that took no time at all get hot when turning on the shower, tons of shower pressure, they cleaned the rooms daily and changed the sheets, zero bugs or ants or anything you have to watch for in some places. The spa was nice, they offer a wide variety of treatments, like the deep tissue aromatic massage. The pool is leisurely. I used the laundry service at 50k idr a kilo and I saw a sign offering 24 hours bike rentals. Lastly, I emailed them through the email provided on the website and was able to arrange an airport pick up. If you know anything about arriving at DPS, it can be overwhelming if you don't book anything in advance.
