Helpful staff, good amenities, tourist friendly area.

Room is clean but property is a bit old with peeling wall paper. Great location with lots of food options nearby and walkable distance to shopping malls

the hotel is very modern, clean and has excellent amenities. it is conveniently located near the sakae area which made getting around nagoya very easy. the rooms also have ReFa hairdryers and shower heads which were very good.

The hotel has a rather weird way of relating guest’s needs regarding housekeeping. There r 2 green n red magnets on the entrance door. No service required u stick RED.. n if u stick the GREEN, it meant only cleaning up the bathroom.Want yr bed(s) made? Got to seperately info the front desk. Different staff related the message differently, so if u r v particular abt it, do take note.

shower water is with enough power and heat, very excillent experience. and dryer is very impressive, strong wind, efficient to dry hair before sleep. The room is so well-insulated that it retains heat perfectly. Even without the heating on, it stays cozy enough to sleep through the night.

Large room with couch. Clean with a nice view.

The washroom was very dirty, there was a gap all along the wall and the bathtub, that’s full of mold/ mildew, when sprayed with water, pieces of dark brown stuff came out!!!! Disgusting! The carpet was rundown and felt damp. The laundry was extremely small, just 3 tiny washers and driers, always long line up, not to mention loud guests kept yelling loud. And on the 3rd of our stay, 2 machine were out of order. For staff, it wasn’t what I expected from Japan ( non of the hotels I stayed were like this), seemed like they avoid greeting guests, no “good morning”, “good nite” or “thank you for coming”, even though it was not busy. It was a great location, may be that’s why they don’t need to care about other stuff!? Very disappointing.

The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was good. Location was about 10 minutes walk from the train station. However, the 3-bed room was extremely small. We couldn't even open 1 medium sized luggage fully anywhere. To make things worse, we had 2 medium sized luggages! The 3 of us had to squeeze past each other with every step. We also had to rearrange all the hotel amenities so that we had space to place our necessary belongings. Extremely small and almost unliveable room for a family of 2 adults and 1 9-year old. The only saving grace was that the room rate was affordable.

Very good hotel, fantastic location! The room was very clean and comfortable, it just needs some soft pillows.
