This hotel was fine. It wasn't the best and it wasn't the worst.

Upon arrival, the staff were not very helpful but as the stay went on, they got friendlier. The A/C in our room didn't work and there is construction out front that made the area feel a bit unsafe. The hotel itself was very well maintained.

Beautiful clean hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast was nice but expensive. The air conditioning wasn’t quite enough for the heatwave but not the worst I’ve come across in Europe.

Ananas is a large modern hotel, the lobby is very spacious, aircon throughout. Being a city hotel there is no outside area available. The breakfast area is comfortable and provides a very reasonable choice. Coffee/Tea facilites are in the bedrooms. Vienna is having considerable underground train infrastructure building work around the city until about 2030 to implement the U5 network. Ananas is right beside a load of scaffolding and bulding access points but it doesn't affect the inside of the building and we didn't notice any noise or dirt from the works - probably because they are primarily underground! Access to the public travel network is excellent as is the very frequent regular service. It's roughly 0.5 to 0.75hrs to get to Vienna central via public transport.

Great staff very helpful. Propriety is in a great location, subway in the corner. Room clean and comfortable.

Room is bigger for triple beds.

Comfortable bed and temperature control. Smaller space and bathroom, but hotel staff and amenities were very positive!

We loved how close it is to the metro. The staff were friendly and the ice cream was delicious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We will definitely return.

This is a big hotel, it is conveniently located. It has a great breakfast. There is covered parking if needed.
