The resort is really beautiful, the gardens around it amazing and really well kept and the staff is super lovely. There are two beautiful pool areas and the bungalows are amazing, clean, spacious and well equipped. Be aware that the resort is very remote, so if you don't have your own mode of transport, you rely on the tours that the hotel offers and obviously the prices are a little higher with no competition. There isn't much within walking distance to explore.
There is some room for improvement in the kitchen- the food is hit and miss and a bit bland compared how well you normally eat from any street stall in Thailand. At the breakfast buffet there is only filter coffee and black tea, it would be nice to have some variety there.
There is a sign in the room that they are eco friendly and to please hanf up the towels if they don't need to be changed. The staff however is not trained/aware of this and changes out all towels every day, even if everything is neatly hanging.
