Clean and easy parking!

Not my first visit! Enough said. I don’t come back if its not clean, comfortable, safe, affordabe, and a helpful satff!

Friendly staff. A few thinks built cheap, but for the price and location, it's worth it.

Perfect for me. Business trip on my dime, this hotel is walking distance from Wisconsin/Baird Center, Riverwalk, with easy access to ample parking and highways and sights!

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. We probably won’t choose this hotel again though, because the rooms had a few issues. The lighting was terribly dim in the bathroom and the bedside lights were overly bright. The window shade was controlled electronically and kept tangling up. Both bedside USB ports were broken and the fan for the air unit was quite loud. The closet was broken up into three sections, long on one side and two short on the other and not as useful as it could be because the iron had been mounted in the space for longer items. The security door to the parking lot said it would be locked at all times, requiring a key, but never was. Breakfast was not free and appeared to be what you get elsewhere for free. Parking was an extra $28 a night. We were also told the room we were in was used for third party guests.

The hotel was great for our trip, found the location to be convenient and within walking distance to many good places. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The shower could use more pressure and the TV should be adjustable so the angle from the bed is not uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker as we didn't come to Milwaukee to watch TV. Breakfast and coffee were not hot enough either, but it served the purpose the first day when we needed to get going pretty early. The biggest issue we had is that the first 2 days, our room keys did not work and had to go back to front desk to get them reprogrammed, no apology, no explanation, either time.

We traveled here a bit for business and a bit for pleasure in the same trip. Loved this stay and going to come back again next year

The staff were pleasant and helpful. We were originally put in a room that was not clean but they quickly changed our room. The breakfast was good but there was only one person working and it was difficult for him to keep up. There was also a ton of roads closed around the hotel which made traffic challenging.

Great room - very quiet despite being close to freeway!!
