It’s close to airport and hotel provides free transfer to and from the airport so save money.

It was out dated and beds are horrible. The staff was amazing. The under ground parking is bad. Nothing around the hotel. The food at the hotel wasn’t good.

Stefano and ofher front desk staff welcome us with smile, very welcoming, and straightforward. Check in is easy and their shuttle service makes it more convenient in transport from airport to the hotel and vice versa. Highly recommended.

This property was close to the airport, which was what we needed for our flight to return to the US. However, it’s far away from all of the sites in the one that you might want to visit.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Check in was quick. Elevators were on site quickly when pressed. We ate at the restaurant on site and found the food to be good and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. It’s about a 5 minute taxi drive from Terminal 2, we were unable to get a hotel shuttle from the airport in a timely fashion as we were a large party, but we were able to book a return shuttle to the airport without issue. Our shuttle was at 5am and they had coffee and croissants available even at that time. Would book again if flying from MXP

I recently stayed here and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room felt very dated and lacked the cleanliness one would expect. It had an overall old and somewhat filthy appearance, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or accommodating, which added to my dissatisfaction. I hope the hotel can improve in these areas because with some renovations and better service, it could be a much more pleasant experience for guests.
