There was no fridge and no aor conditioner

It was clean and staff was very helpful

Great location,staff were helpful and friendly

Bed sheets and pillow cases were not clean. Asked receptionist to change them but request was ignored.

The room was very nice, clean, and excellent location. Breakfast was also great. The only negative was incompetent staff and the checkin which seemed to be an ongoing chatoic affair that takes EXTREMELY long for everyone who checks in

The bedrooms and bathrooms clearly need renovation. The bedding and towels were very old, and although they were white, they appeared yellowish in colour. We requested fresh towels, but the replacements were in the same condition. There was also no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, which was inconvenient.

Spacious room but does require some upgrading.
