The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and is within walking distance of many of the sights and delicious places to eat.

The room where not to bad clean but the fan were hardly working and make so much much noise. They need to replace there portable fans other then that it was not too bad. I would stay there again.

Lovely hotel in a great location for the city. The room was lovely. Clean room ane comfortable room. Bathroom was nice and shower very nice. Breakfast was also very good.

I give 4.5 stars. 5 stars for clean room, helpful staff, good location. 1 star for "environmentally friendly". They change sheets and towels and soaps every single day.

The hotel is nice and in good condition. Everything worked fine in my room. The staff was respectful and friendly. We did not try the restaurant. The location is good: walking distance to restaurants, Reforma Avenue, and some touristic places. The parking lot is small and the parking spaces are narrow but you may not need a car as there are several options of public transportation.
