Warwick House, located 5-10minutes riverside walk from Central Nelson, is one of the grandest early residences of New Zealand. It features a spectacular grand ballroom with sprung dancing floor, views over Nelson city out to the Tasman sea and a four story octagonal fairytale' tower. The guest wing adjoins the main house, so it is very central yet very private and quiet.
