It's a perfect place to stay for the price. It also includes free breakfast and free refreshments from 4pm - midnight I believe. The staff are very inviting, helpful, courteous, and kind.

Very clean with friendly and warm staff. Breakfast is excellent and served in a peaceful library space. Super close to the train but still quiet.

Hotel was nice. Super clean and pretty roomy. Staff was excellent and helpful. Even recommending me somewhere to have dinner. Would absolutely recommend.

Conveniently located hotel to Hachinohe Shinkansen station. The staff were very helpful when the self checkin wasnt working for our booking. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, highlight of the stay. The hotel made a big deal in their guest information about their ergonomic comfort pillows. In fact the pillows were diabolical instruments of torture. The terrible pillows, plus a loud and frequent whining noise that could be heard in the room ( think it might be a water hammer problem in the pipes) are the reason for the low score.

Great value and good free breakfast. Close to the train station. Plenty of paid parking nearby at reasonably rates of 500 yen per 24 hous.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Hachinohe train station, exiting from the East exit. Small but comfortable hotel; has everything you need to spend a night. Hotel also provides free breakfast. There are a few restaurants in the train station and also across from the train station.
