Fast check in, friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet selection. Very quiet for a restful sleep.

This is a very bare-bones hotel. If you're only looking for a place to sleep, it will probably meet your needs. However, if you're planning to spend any time in the lobby or expect to enjoy the amenities, you'll likely be disappointed. The only real positive was the location. The Central Line has a stop right behind the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The room key cards frequently wouldn't let us back into the hotel at night, and the front desk employee had to buzz us in multiple times. He even mentioned that it was a common problem, which was frustrating to hear. The cleanliness was another major issue. The lobby restroom smelled terrible the entire time we were there, and the trash was never emptied during our stay. It even ran out of toilet paper at one point, and I had to call a friend to bring me some because there wasn't any available. We also ran out of toilet paper in our room, which suggests housekeeping and restocking were not happening on a regular schedule. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. Although it's advertised as being available until 10:00 a.m., by around 9:00 a.m. they had stopped refilling the food. There were no clean plates, silverware, or cups available, making it nearly impossible to eat if you arrived during the last hour of breakfast.

It was very nice with a full breakfast buffet everyday.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff, the tube station is directly at rear of the hotel so easy access to central London, there are convience stores near hotel, excellent breakfast with great choice of hot or cold foods, the hotel and rooms are very clean, limited car parking available at the hotel, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location right next to North Acton station. A great base to explore London. Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfy. We booked last minute due to being let down elsewhere and it was lovely to walk into this hotel and relax. The breakfast was very good and very welcomed. It was very quiet and we slept well.
