We did not need parking. Staff were very good and also very helpful. Would recommend and may ho back to them again

Room shower was broken

The room was clean. However, the cleaning staff did not leave additional packets of coffee yesterday for this morning.

The hotel was adequate, nothing special. The major problem with the hotel was it only served breakfast.there was no lunch or dinner facilities in the hotel or area. Even the bar on the rooftop had no options for food.

The room was spotless and beds good. Breakfast very good. Staff excellent. I would stay there again.

Room cleanness, Staff attention , breakfast deserves a 5 stars. We are currently staying on the seventh floor, and an activity is taking place on the eighth floor with music at a volume that prevents us from resting. This situation shows a lack of consideration for guests who only wish to rest after a long day. Such behavior is abusive and does not align with the level of service expected from an establishment of this kind.
