Nice hotel, comfortable room, good service, heaps of parking available. Only drawback was that the reception was locked up and unmanned when I was checking out (6am) and no note on how to check out/where to leave key (no box outside) so had to traipse around from the back of the property to the front in the dark where I was parked and leave my key under the front door. A sign on the internal locked reception door would’ve been helpful.

Hotel was fairly clean and well maintained, lighting in the bathroom was lacking and the room had just been finished being painted and the smell was very strong. There weren't enough blankets supplied for how cold it was either.

Block out blinds didn't completely fit windows, so light streamed in at each end. Toothpaste on sink, no shower gel or shampoo in containers. Terrible smell coming from bathroom, the sink was blocked. Did not report at the time due to having to be at the hospital until very late, but reported at check out, was told that a note will be left for housekeeping. We would not stay again

Everything was good. The noise exhaust fan makes in the bathroom is pretty bad, hope they wil look at it
