I was there during the May heat wave. There is no a/c in the rooms, they did provide a fan, but with 90+ degree weather it was unbearable. The hallways were even hotter than the rooms. The lobby was a/c... and they are "trying to get city approvals to install" but, nothing thus far. I asked for ice, and they had one tray in their refrigerator/freezer/ At least install an ice machine!
I would definitely stay again, (as I have twice in the past) -- but only in the winter!

The staff and location of the hotel were amazing! Everyone was so friendly as I navigated London, not to mention the rooms were clean and did the job for the amount of time I was there for. The location was more than ideal to everything in central London.

Bien situé à 5 min de la gare de Paddington. A 5 min du Hyde parc Service d autobus en face du Hyde Parc.
L hôtel est très mignon ,les chambre confortable ,, l ascenseur était en panne lors de mon passage

Hebat The lift doesn't work while we have been put on the 5th floor and informed after the check-in. Other than that, it worths the price with the excellent location and pleasant breakfast.

Nicely placed for Paddington station. good hotel , nice staff,
clean towels every day and room cleaned every day. small room but normal for London. Would stay there again.
