Great stay!

Hotel has good location near bars and restaurants. Despite being close to busy street, room was quiet. The room was very spacious with living room, balcony, 1.5 bathrooms,and bedroom. The only downside is shower head had hardly any water pressure, other than that ac worked great and staff very helpful. Gym had 3 machines but they served their purpose.

The hotel is in a good location, but it lacks water, pressure cleanliness, and the front staff was beyond rude and unprofessional. The front desk girl, was beyond rude and dismissive, maybe put a nicer person in front, smile you’re at work…

Like my previous visit to Hotel Love It...I love everything about this hotel, staff, cleanliness, location, breakfast, etc!!

Enjoyed the hotel. It was right in the middle of a nice neighborhood and was within walking distance of some very nice restaurants. Most of the staff spoke English which helped a lot, as a non Spanish speaker. The only issue, which others did mention was that the hot water was not very consistent. Otherwise a nice hotel to stay at.

Nice concept if it was kept clean, room was filthy all around, terrible pillows and bed

My entire stay at Hotel Love It Cas was excellent from the location, staff, amenities, breakfast etc! This will be my new go-to stay in GDL!

Great room with an amazing bar and restaurant at the hotel. Everything is close.
