Very spacious room with great view . Staff super helpful . Amazing breakfast ,onsen and gym facilities. A bit further from the lake but in forest and free shuttle bus multiple times in the day from and to hotel .

The room was spacious and nice. Good service.

There was limited transport option from the hotel

Room was ok, but most of the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. From receptionist to restaurant staff. The only saving grace was the midnight manager on duty, he at least had a shred of service in him. Location was horrible, food mediocre, stafging below par for the price paid. Will not be booking here again....ever!

Near Lake Yamanaka where there is a very nice bike trail around the lake to view Mt. Fuji

Excelente hotel, location, service and ambiance

This hotel was great, transportation was so bad that we ended up staying at hotel the whole time and staff was great, there are so many amenities. Food was good too. Room service was lovely, and the hotel had free shuttle which was a life saver.
