We had a wonderful stay in Palenque! The grounds of the hotel are beautifully maintained and clean! The rooms are comfortable and clean! We enjoyed our stay!馃槉

El hotel no parece VIP ni 5 estrellas, cuando mucho 4 por lo sencillo de las habitaciones y la falta entrenamiento al personal de recepci贸n para que sean atentos y ofrezcan una bienvenida/despedida acorde a la categor铆a del hotel. Ni siquiera los botones tuvieron atenci贸n de preguntarnos si necesitabamos ayuda con las maletas o llevarnos a nuestra habitaci贸n. El personal de la alberca muy amable.

We loved this place! Definitely a return place for us. We were sad we were only there for one night - passing through Palenque. It鈥檚 a big property, with rooms spread out in many areas, and such a gem in the jungle. We will return.

Staff was friendly and helpful with making our stay in Palenque a pleasant one. Close location to ruins (10 mins away by car) Alexus EcoPark is just a 5 min walk away and is must see!!
