Okay, the curtains weren't closing properly

The check in process is a bit awkward, with a few too many messages seeming to be needed. This may just be when using Expedia. Otherwise, the room, facilities and location are great. Thank you.

The phone number on Expedia platform has been outdated for 2 YEARS. The key gets jammed in the lock most of the time, leading to lots of frustration. The air conditioning leaks from the fan!

The manager sent us some strange request two days in advance. We did not have a good connection to reply. They tried to collect some personal information from a website we didn’t recognize. When we arrived at the property that Expedia advertised as a hotel it turned out to be a hostel and the manager took his time to respond. The bathroom was moldy and smelly. I would not recommend this place. Definitely won’t stay here again.

Good property everything you need for your stay, easy access to the metro right outside that can get you everywhere around Lisbon and store for shopping right outside

This hotel offers stunning rooms with breathtaking views from the balcony. The property's location is perfect, and the staff, especially managers Bob and Anu, provide exceptional service. They facilitated a seamless early check-in for our early morning flight. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Amazing view, comfortable bed.

Was very good overall. One negative thing is that we needed early check in badly (our plane landed at 5.30am), and tried to connect to hotel multiple times via email and requested it via hotels.com, but they never got back to us. So we ended up coming to hotel earlier, and finally were able to check in around 11.45.

Nice and clean (medium sized) room with a comfy bed and a small desk. Clean towels were supplied daily. Large (shared) dining room and a kitchen equipped with all you need for making meals at home. Good location, metro and bus stops very close. Walking distance to Lisbon university. Several grocery stores nearby. Bob is a very welcommimg host. Thank you, Bob!

Apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable with a good level of facilities. There was a shopping/food hall opposite and a takeaway and shop next to the building entrance. Access to the metro system only a stones throw away and lots of bus stops on main road. Although situated on the eighth floor there were two lifts and a good level of security, both into the building and onto the floor from the lift area. There was a communal kitchen area that was very well equipped and a lounge area with large tv and digi/satellite box. The apartment owner was friendly and very helpful. All in all, a great little place only let down by the building next door being renovated. If you wanted a lie in after 8.00 am forget it or at least check work has been finished first.
