Staff was incredibly helpful. The room was well-kept and clean when we came in. Breakfast was delicious in the morning and the staff provided helpful connections to explore Cancun.

The man at the front desk, who also took our breakfast order is a real sweetheart! So helpful and accommodating. The beds are comfortable. If going to Kabah Park is on your to do list, and it should be, then this is the hotel to go to. Basic hotel, at an excellent price. Money well spent.

Very nice, clean hotel. The lift doesn’t always come but thankfully it did on the days we moved luggage. Breakfast was simple but very nice, made to order. It’s away from beach and downtown so be prepared to get taxis (uber or local). Otherwise very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great shuttle to airport

The manager and staff were all excellent—very friendly and helpful in many ways, and they were the highlight of our stay. However, I felt the overall management could be improved. The hotel did not offer coffee in the rooms or in the lobby, and there was no microwave available for guests to use. The shampoo and body wash also seemed to be of poor quality; they didn’t lather at all, no matter how much we used. Honestly, the only reason I might consider returning to this hotel is because of the wonderful staff.

The staff was friendly, but overall the experience could’ve been better. The hotel wasn’t very clean — while the sheets were clean, the walls, floor, and bathroom were not. The balcony door handle was broken and just taped over, which didn’t feel secure at all. The main door also didn’t seem very safe. The pool was out of service during our stay, and the breakfast was limited to just chilaquiles and eggs. The TV never worked, and the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. Definitely not what I expected.

1 night stay ahead of our next day flight, room was big with a minibar that was convenient, staff friendly, but amenities and cleanliness was not there. Only 2 bath towels in room, no hand towels or washclothes. Cleanliness was ok-ish, loads of crusted in grime and garbage bin was all rusty, giving super sketch vibes tbh. For one night was ok, good restos around, walked to a steakhouse that was delish and is acctoss the street from Costc0 if you fancy snopping into one.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff
