This was a really wonderful hotel. We loved the facilities, especially everything for kids. The playground, pools and waterpark were amazing and there is a kid's club with regular activities throughout the day. Each of the hotel restaurants have a dedicated kids menu which was super useful. We ate mostly at the restaurants available on site. The breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of variety. I loved the waffles, which were easily the best I've had of any breakfast buffet I've tried. For dinner we really liked the restaurant options, everything was delicious. The only thing to consider is that it is on the main road and between 2-4 am there is a lot of noise from mat rempits being a menace on the roads outside. We got through the night by using earplugs and white noise on a Bluetooth speaker.

Room sound insulation very bad. Can’t sleep well during midnight due to motorcycle racing

Fix the elevators. Took me thirty minutes to get to the lobby. Unacceptable.
