Nice and cozy.

Everything was great. Actually, exceeded my expectations.

If you’re wondering, yesss you should stay here. The receptionist remembered my name as soon as we checked in and called me by name in a professional manner during our stay. The room was impeccably clean and such a great size. All staff were so wonderful and when we needed to call the front desk at 3am, they were so attentive and eager to help. The food and drinks at the bar were great. Will absolutely stay here again!!!!

Checkin was an ordeal, with the “elite” member checkin desk being staffed but declining to check us in, eventually a “regular” checkin came after a few minutes and gave no guidance or information on the hotel.

The room was not very large

Great view from the balcony, room was nice and the front desk staff were fantastic!

Lounge , bar , restaurant , pool area was great. The lobby store was terribly understocked. Had to drive to a gas station at 4 Am for tums. The sofa bed couldn’t have been worse. The fridge squeaked all night until I finally was able to in plug it. Parking was $42 a day. Just charge more for the hotel and a reasonable parking fee. Totally lame. Location is quiet and convenient. Don’t stay here if you need the sofa bed.
