Great beach view and pool area.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff came across as arrogant and completely unprofessional—hardly what you expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. When an issue came up, I had no choice but to escalate it to the manager, and even then, I was treated with a shocking lack of respect. No apology, no accountability—just attitude. As for the rooms, calling them “basic” is generous. They feel outdated, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard this hotel claims to offer. There’s nothing remotely luxurious or even comfortable about the setup. Honestly, this place does not deserve its 4-star rating. It’s overpriced for what it offers, and there are far better hotels nearby that provide much better value for money and, at the very least, treat their guests with basic courtesy. I would not recommend staying here.

It is good property , it would be nice to have there in the bathroom a hooks for the clothes or something else

Much nicer than yhe pictures show. Manu improvements completed. Quiet end of the beach.

Hotel clean and reasonable price staffs are helpful. I am surprised that they didn’t have a bottle of water in the room and they charge for safe deposit box. There are no much choice for vegetarian.

it is a scandal! if you want to relax, don't go there!!! the insulation sucks! we hear people brushing their teeth and… I left there a day before! Orrible!!!! 4stars it’s a joke!!!

We have been coming to the caprici for 8 years and we love everything about it

Location was spot on with easy access to many things/places. Staff were lovely and work hard and long hours. The hotel food can be improved as didn’t find the food for dinner very good and enjoyed the bar food more.

We loved the location near the beach and train station. We loved the hotel and the pool. Mum and 2 kids.
