The property is fairly updated. Rooms were nice and clean and staff came by each day to empty trash and give fresh towels. The breakfast buffet was stocked and fresh. However, we were mislead a few times. I booked 3 identical rooms but when we arrived we realized that at least 1 of the rooms was not the same and not quite as nice as the others. The property’s website also states that there are indoor pools (this information is listed in several spots). However, when it began to rain while we were on the beach we were locked out of all of the pools and couldn’t get back to the resort through their beach access. They had locked all gates due to the weather and we had to walk up to public access to get back to our room. When we asked staff about accessing the indoor pool while it rained we were told they don’t have indoor pools. This happened 2 out of the 3 days we stayed. We were never made aware that we could not access the pool while it rained up until the point of being locked out. Otherwise we would have booked a place that our kids could play at even during bad weather.

No major issues, though we did have to wait for our room at check-in. However, the staff was very accommodating and quickly settled us into an alternate room.
