Location

This is the only Hotel to stay in for a visit to Krakow old town.

Located near to the park around the old town, Planty Park. Lovely church opposite and main square around the corner walk and short walk down street. Beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe room which had separate sitting area from bedroom, a dressing area inbetween the bedroom and lovely large bathroom. Very happy with our choice as was looking at other hotels. But this one was even nicer than it looked on the pictures. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay.

A hotel full of character, immaculately maintained and with helpful staff. A great place to stay

Fantastically located

The staff were superb! Very helpful and prompt with responses even before arrival. Perfect location for access, yet very quiet.

Excellent service

Nice and clean hotel, brilliant customer service, really amazing breakfast

Room was very clean. Staff were professional.

Clean, courteous staff, we asked for a baby cot and it had a baby sized pillow and duvet. Very happy with our stay. Breakfast was ok but for price we expects more choice.
