Very beautiful hotel, right next to the mall with a food court. The staff were absolutely fantastic, and went above and beyond in answering questions and offering suggestions given the uncertainty surrounding the area. We stayed on two separate nights and the staff helped us with boxed breakfast at no additional charge. Very thankful to the staff for making our stay comfortable.

The room it’s located on the 12th floor, and I had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful especially Gerardo ,Carla,Elizabeth.Gerardo walked with me to the cable car station to help me.. I had an excellent breakfast every morning.. it’s a great location five minute walk from the cable station. But the staff make this incredible Hotel!!❤️❤️❤️

Hotel in quiet part of city, excellent location near two lines of Teleferico. Room was fine, had good size, bed is comfortable. View from 12 floor is beautiful, shops on ground floor are good benefits. Near are some good Argentinian restaurant and another shopping centre with exchange office with good rate. Recommend.

The Hotel was very clean and nice! The staff were all very nice and helpful! We are located within a mall which makes it nice to go a shop and get food from the food court! There is a movie theater right there so if you speak Spanish if not, it’s ok, they have great pop corn for sale! We never had the breakfast here because we were always on the go!

Great: good black-out curtains, provision of oxygen tank when required, friendly and patient staff, convenient gym and mall downstairs To be improved: breakfast variety and selection, small room, dated shower and room, slow lift and only one available

The hotel location is great- very friendly and helpful staff. The onsite restaurants was really good too.
