I came to the hotel to find NO ONE around to check me in. Before I arrived I was told to notify the hotel of my estimated arrival. I messaged the hotel 2-3 times and had no reply. My flight had been delayed significantly so by time I reached Santorini my battery was very low. Once I got to the hotel, it was completely dark and no one was around to greet me. This was around 10:30pm. I had less than 10% battery. At this point I was panicked. I called the number I found through Expedia. No answer to multiple calls. I left a message as well. After 20 mins a random couple who just so happened to be staying 2 nights like myself, turned up! I was incredibly relieved as I don't know what I would've done with no internet and no battery. We all searched the office for the hotel (which was completely opened) and were amazed to find that someone's ID was in there, free for the taking. As well as various keys and valuables. At this point I cant believe that this is happening...we eventually find a number we call and it reaches the host and he very calmly says hes coming to check us in. He was a very nice guy and at this point I was too tired and fed up to appear very angry. But this kind of check in is completely unacceptable. I was only waiting 45 mins or so altogether but the panic I felt was so unpleasant afrer a day of traveling and a flight delayed by nearly 3 hours. He upgrades me to a room with a jacuzzi but I never used it. A very nice hotel, but the start affected my stay.

Great service. Always attentive to my needs.

Great hotel, nice big room comfortable bed, lots of terraces. The only downside was you have to climb steps to reach hotel cars can not drop off outside.

The suite was absolutely beautiful and so clean . The receptionist was so helpful and kind . We loved our personal pool . Only cons I can say is I wish it had a microwave in room and not so many steps to get up to nanos it was hard on my daughter who has asthma

Amazing, unique property with beautiful views and a couple of great restaurants within walking distance. A little difficult to find and definitely a climb but well worth it. So glad we stayed here!

Demitris was lovely. He carried my suitcase up the cobbled steps for me. The room was clean and the air con worked perfectly. I was in room 6 which was like a cave. There was a jacuzzi in the room, I didn’t use it as the water was on the cooler side for me - which would suit those who run hot and want to cool off out of the sun. I had Greek scrambled eggs for breakfast which was delicious. A great restaurant mexitaxi is not far - 5 mins walk max (it is uphill). Beautiful views and you can see the planes going in and out of the airport. The WiFi in my room didn’t work, but I didn’t need it as had data. Demistris was happy to try and fix it but I was only there one night so didn’t bother.

Loved this quiet, clean, beautiful spot! After exploring the busier parts of the island, I loved coming back to the Nano Suites. Beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms, wonderful employees that made our stay even better with great advice and help with all transportation needs. Breakfast was delicious!

I loved nano suites and the staff! They were all so friendly and helpful. I don’t know what I would have done without the help of Dimitry(manager). He helped me with getting taxis. Eri (helped with checkout and suggestions for transportation. Lina( made me breakfast every morning! It was delicious:) Ali helped me with my super late night check in and luggages. I loved how quiet and clean this place was. My room was perfect! The only thing is, I think I should have rented a car! Taking the bus was fun but the walk from my room to the main road was quite the hike! Lol. Over all, I would love to come back to Greece soon. What a beautiful place:)

The property was absolutely gorgeous and our room was amazing! We booked the suite with a plunge pool. The room was clean and beautifully presented. The only slight disappointment was that the plunge pool was quite cold, but the weather was very cold while we were there. We opted for breakfast on our 2nd day and it was very tasty. There was a main as well as pastries and fresh fruit, making it excellent value for money. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We would definitely stay again!
