Our recent stay was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
Several maintenance and comfort issues affected our experience. The television was not working properly, and the available programming was very limited. The vanity sink did not have hot water, and there were no convenient power outlets accessible from the desk area.
The bathroom layout was extremely cramped. The toliet and shower are was so small that I had to stand in the shower to open and close the door from the inside. In addition housekeeping failed to replenish the coffee supplies for our second night.
We were also disappointed with the food and beverage offerings. The hotel staff advertised a happy hour, but after ordering drinks we learned that only a very limited selection qualified for the promotion. The resturant menu was already limited and when we attempted to order one of the few items that appealed to us, we were informed that it was not available.
Overall there were too many service, maintenance, and hospitality shortcomings for the price that we paid. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.
