Hotel balconies are under renovation with scaffolding outside. Lots of noise and debris from the construction. No complimentary bottle of wine as listed or breakfast service referenced in other reviews. Room and bathroom were clean but headboard and built in furniture scratched and worn. No mini bar and room safe doesn’t have locking mechanism. Lady who opened front door for us could not have been nicer and allowed us an extra hour checkout in the morning (meeting family who were arriving Napoli airport) to continue on to Sorrento. Overall, the bed was comfortable and the stay fine, but the stay didn’t seem like €124 value.

Staff very helpful. Close to port and bus/train station.

It’s not in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and fast.

Cheap and cheerful hotel, not very well maintained and shower was terrible but plus side….. clean room, working aircon, lovely, helpful lady on reception.

There was no breakfast option or coffee in the building. One of the reasons I selected this hotel was the advertised breakfast in roof lounge. It was being renovated. This should be communicated in description.

The amenities were not as advertised. No bar/lounge, no coffee available anywhere on the property, no cafe and no breakfast available. The only thing in the room was a kettle and 1 bag of tea. It was not a double bed but 2 singles pushed together that sagged in the middle. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. The handle to the room door fell off when opened.

Convenient

The owner of this property is an excellent fellow and goes out of his way to make his guests comfortable. He even gave us a lift to the train station without charge. The outside of the building is not great but don't judge this book by its cover. Inside, the rooms are modern, clean, and well cared for. Would definitely stay there again!
