The room was very cute but very hot. The AC was broken and it took over two hours to get my room changed to the one next door. The AC hardly worked in the second one, but it was 4 degrees cooler than the 78/79 degrees than it was in the room before. Not very accommodating. The room has chips on the floor, so the floors definitely weren’t cleaned. No front desk, so you can’t send any mail there. The online check in was very easy to do on your own. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Since the hotel is fairly new, everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained. Most services are self-service, including check-in, virtual room keys, check-out, and room maintenance requests, which wasn’t an issue for me but may not appeal to everyone. The main drawback was the water temperature in the bathroom, which was inconsistent and often didn’t get very warm until later in the evening. It was a minor frustration during my stay. Another inconvenience was the parking situation—there’s no on-site parking garage, so guests have to park at a nearby public garage and walk to the hotel. On the plus side, the location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and other attractions within walking distance. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again if I needed an affordable hotel option in Philadelphia.

Great location, quiet room. Would definitely stay here again for work travel. The water was not hot enough, shower was on the cold side, and the TV remote control didn't work so I couldn't use the TV at all.
