Breakfast selection not like it used to be. Not many choices. Hardly any fruit.

The day before we were scheduled to check in, we were switched to the Best Western Premier Hotel in Plainview. Therefore, we cannot rate the Comfort Inn.

About all I can say for this place is that it does hotel basics: bed, shower. But within a few minutes of arriving at our room I noticed that there were ants all over the nightstand. I killed about a dozen before I called to the front desk. As soon I picked up I was told they had a maintenance request in for my room already because of the ants. Little unsettling they gave the room out anyway, but ok. When I asked if someone could come and look the front desk person tried to brush it off but I insisted someone needed to come. Luckily maintenance did show up pretty promptly and sprayed something around the nightstand. Maintenance guy was great and said they'd return in the morning to clean and spray again. I kind of wish I'd pushed for a new room but again, I just needed a bed and a pet friendly place to spend the night. And this place delivered on that, at least. Just wish there were fewer ants. I did also wake up in the middle of the night because of a strong smell of someone smoking weed but I wasn't confident in the hotel dealing with it, despite it being a smoke free hotel, so I didn't bother calling the front desk again.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. The breakfast was very limited and mediocre.

Luke warm water at best. Low water pressure so toilets don’t flush properly very limited parking and overall not very clean

Nothing good to say - I feared for my life

The room was very clean. However, quite small. Breakfast was adequate.

The room was the size of a sIze 6 shoe box, the closet was a short little stand alone thing in the corner of the room; the bathroom smelled; the water did not go down in the sink; the bed was a BIG lumpy thing; the pillows were hard as rocks....need I say more? The reception person/area was accommodating to us
