Great place- though front desk understood little English. Usually not a problem accept they tried to collect payment from me because they couldn’t understand they had to invoice hotels.com

Hebat The staff barely spoke English, but helped as much as they could. Simple, cheap, and good for an overnight stay in the small town of Surat Thani. Bed was rigid as heck, though.

We stayed here for one night as a place to sleep as we needed to catch our flight back to Bangkok the next day. There isn't much to do in the area except go to the mall which is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Good, clean, budget place for what we needed. Only negative was the breakfast which was mostly cold.

Hebat The Hotel is very clean smart and modern in appearance. The staff are friendly and check in was simple and fast. The location is quiet and conveniently located to the bus station for transfers to the port only 2 blocks walk. The hotel also cooks very good food at a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend this hotel.
