Great place to stay

Capital Hotel & Resort Seminyak - Amazing Hotel, the stay is always great here. The staff make this feel like a home away from home! When im in Bali all my friends know this is where I will be. Special thanks to Nova for always making sure im well looked after and for teaching me some places to visit in Bali! All the staff are wonderful and do really look after me! Overall it was good, close to a lot of restaurants and a supermarket, so was a convenience location

Convenient location, very friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and large. However, sound proofing on ground floor was horrible - conversations outside (by the pool area) were very clearly audible within the room, many of which would happen whilst we were trying to sleep (e.g. 11 pm and 4:30 am). Additionally the wifi was non-existent; there was a wifi network, but we never got service from in the multiple days we were there despite our best efforts. Solid 7/10.

Street view Noisy

Thin walls, excessive noise from neighboring rooms, even in normal conversation volume. 5 sleepless nights, only last night was slightly quieter. Called reception twice, security activated twice, still futile. Room change didn't help. Towels were dirty, black, and had bloodstains. Afternoons were quietest as guests were out. Location is good, but soundproofing claims were false. Massage services were skilled, though.

Do not stay here- rooms are dirty and mouldy. We left once we saw the room. Not safe! The location is good but this is not worth it- many other hotels in this area to choose from.

Very money saving hotels no air cons on in lobby Or foyer always give 2 towels only even if u request more and only ever put one toilet roll word if advice keep your guests comfortable not trying to save money on power and toilet paper

The chefs food was AMAZING, the private villas were not located at the hotel and not on Google maps which made it extreamly hard for pick ups or delivery’s.

Property was spacious but didnt look as new as it was in the pictures. Pretty convenient as there was a supermarket right beside the hotel.
