While there are a few areas of the room that could be improved, what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the hotel team. Whenever we encountered an issue, the staff responded promptly, professionally and with genuine care. They went above and beyond to resolve every concern, making us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. No hotel is perfect but what sets a great hotel apart is how it handles guests’ feedback and problems. In this regard, the team excelled. Their commitment to customer satisfaction gave me confidence that any areas needing improvement would be addressed and continuously enhanced. Overall, the excellent service more than made up for the minor shortcomings. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had at a hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Extremely comfortable stay with gorgeous view of the mountains. Staff were very helpful. However, there was a large touring group in the hotel and our left luggage was mixed up with theirs and it was a mess. The baggage tag did not have the number of baggages and we had to drive back to collect one. Thank goodness that we remembered in time and didn’t drive far.

It's a good hotel for Nepal and close to the ring road on that side of the valley so we don't need to travel across the whole valley to get up to the monastery and things on the west side. Hope this hotel sticks around, it's really good, service is good, room is good, bathroom is great, internet is great. The only issues I had was noisy neighbours. This hotel has a lot of Indians who like to shout and have their TV loud.

Incredible property with tons of amenities. We were delighted to experience such a wonderful time.

It was a very nice hotel I would stay there again. Only had one problem with the staff that was rude to me but in Nepal you have so many cultures visiting they don’t know when they are being rude.

What an amazing hotel with everything to praise for. Starting from room stuff to restaurant stuff to front desk people. Sajan at restaurant was one of the kindest and polite waiters i have ever come across. Will come back again.
