The hotel was very convenient for a 7 day stay. Was close to the airport. Was clean, well maintained and was a great price. Will 100% be returning when I come back to Phoenix.

The property was very clean, great amenities and close to airport. Our only complaint is for a newer hotel, it lacks sound proofing...we heard the people upstairs until midnight and you could hear doors open and close...but the property was very nice. I do want to make special mention of Warren at the Front Desk..he got bombarded by people coming from airport with canceled flights and for over 2 hours he had a line of people to the entrance and handled it all by himself and in a very pleasant manner...I was doing laundry in lobby facility, so I witnessed it all. Great job Warren.

I checked in late and my room was ready so I was able to relax for a bit before I went out again for late dinner. The place was quiet and was able to sleep good without any disturbance from the room next to me. It was a great experience.

Clean room except for one cockroach but that could have been a rogue one from outside. It happens! Breakfast was pretty decent too!

I was very disappointed with the level of service I received. Communication from staff was poor, several issues during my stay were either ignored or handled unprofessionally, and the overall experience did not meet the standards I expected. As a guest, I expected better attention to customer service and a more welcoming, responsive environment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests do not have the same experience.
