This is a modern property in a very convenient location, just a short walk from Hiroshima Station, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. Check-in was largely automated, with staff available to assist when needed. While the process was efficient, it felt somewhat impersonal and lacked the welcoming touch that can make a guest feel truly appreciated. That said, the staff members we interacted with were courteous and helpful. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We paid extra for it but found the options quite limited, with several set meals that were very similar to one another. Small details, such as being asked to pay extra for ketchup with a hot dog, gave the impression that cost control was prioritized over the guest experience. Overall, I appreciated the location, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff. However, the overall value and guest experience did not meet my expectations, and I would likely choose a different hotel on my next visit to Hiroshima.

Great place for family. Spacious room. 5 min walk from train station. Nothing much to complain about. Except staff kept calling in the morning asking whether we needed room cleaning when we could just hang the cleaning tag on the door before 1pm. Just a bit annoying but overall still recommended.

The property is very close to Hiroshima Station so great location. Room was clean and a reasonable size. Good amenities and served up a nice breakfast which you could choose from five options. Room looked out over a main road and the hills in the distance. Sound proofing was excellent and had a really good sleep in a very comfortable bed. Would use again and recommend.

The room was pretty small that we barely had a space to open carry on suitcase. There is a public bath to offset the tiny combined bathroom. It was convenient close to station. Room was clean and staffs were nice. I guess it is average Japanese hotel in size wise, meaning small. Overall stay was pleasant.

The hotel was really helpful in looking after our luggage when we arrived early and then bringing it to us when we checked in. Check in was easy, but being a machine check in there was little information about breakfast. The breakfast location is open to the public and offers only 5 basic options for breakfast. They did have English menu to help, but it was difficult to see what each option was and they were a bit basic. The room was spacious and the hotel is so close to the station it was no trouble to transport our luggage. Access to the trams at the station means that getting around was easy, but if you like walking there is plenty to see within walking distance.

Very convenient location, few steps away from Hiroshima station. Friendly and helpful staff, nice variety of free amenities offered. The breakfast was a set menu choice from a next door cafe (not buffet-style), but was fine for us. Storing our luggage for the day after we checked out went smoothly, was very convenient for us.

No personal check in and check out. Very hard to get a good impression. rooms aee small too. There are people at the front desk who are taking not Omotenashi, Very sad.
