Staff was very friendly. There were a few things that weren’t perfect but it was a pleasant stay. Food across the hotel is top notch as well with tons of options and drinks it’s a great location.

Wonderful location, and apartment with just 5-10m walking to historical sites yet tucked into residential pockets that don't feel quite as touristy. Check in was smooth (make sure to het the check in code before arriving) and Hannah and team were lovely. I cant say enough about the apartment. It is beautiful!

Do not recommend - poorly organised and falsely advertised!
The communication prior to and during the booking was very poor. There is no receptionist which makes everything more difficult.
Although they advertised a free, round-trip shuttle service between the airport and the hotel - this was denied by the hotel later. I had to argue with them to provide it (what they had advertised) and not pay the overpriced taxis that they tried to make us use (just get a Grab, it was a third of the price).
The rooms are fine but unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work, and even after communication, the issue was not resolved at any point. Do not recommend!

Few problems getting on as we were not sent our code for entry. Once that was sorted out everything was good. Room had ants but the rest was good. Nightstands and was could use a refresh but the room was spacious and very comfortable. The outside tub was beautiful !

Very old rooms. The kitchenette/eating area is not equipped with AC so it's super hot during day rltime
