I general it was good!! They need to change the pillows that are really uncomfortable! The first day I didn’t get sufficient hot water. Ofuro was great.

Our stay was good, not excellent because even though in theory the hotel is fairly new, the rooms looks and feels old in various details. Example - the mirror looked fairly old. The walls outside had scraped paints. Overall the room felt over-weared (our coffeemaker was not working). A big complain about the pillows. We had to ask for standard ones. Did not like our standard room location since right outside we had two ugly door of hotel use, not utility. But again the ofuro service that we liked a lot last time was excellent still.

Nos ponían las amenidades para 2 personas, igual el suero y ahora, seguimos siendo 2 personas y solo ponen para 1 persona Mal. Ntros ya tenemos la cultura de que vamos poder tener estos gadgets
