Very close to the airport. Clean nice rooms with moden facilities. They offer a complimentary trasnfer to the main road where there is a night market and restaurants. Reception staff helpful. They need more information of what is vegan / vegetarian on their menu as, globally vegetarian means no fish and no eggs but not the case in Thailand and staff in bar/restaurant lacked knowledge to answer.

Staff tried charging an extra fee at check out which wasn’t stated in policy for towel use. 250 baht for airport shuttle. Room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. Overall staffing was nice but I did not appreciate the problems they tried giving us at checkout.

We booked the hotel for a night to stay before our morning flight the next day. Unfortunately check-in was stressful as they didn't have our updated booking. We had to change dates due to the Iran war and had all the confirmation emails however initially this wouldn't suffice. I asked if they could contact Hotels.com but said they don't communicate with them? They asked us to pay again and cancel when we got home but we declined to do that. Our original booking was in 3 days time so questioned why they couldn't just amend the booking which they eventually did. I don't know who was at fault for them not being aware of the change of date but it was 30 minutes we could have done without. The staff were friendly and helpful in general. We ate in the restaurant which was decent and the food and drink was reasonably priced considering it's an airport hotel. We didn't use the shuttle to the road. Our room was clean and spacious with a good degree of comfort. The bed was comfortable. The taxi to the airport was 250 bhat which you can factor into the price if comparing to other airport hotels as some offer free shuttles. Overall after our initial problem it was a comfortable stay. Would I stay again...maybe.

It's still in great shape, kept clean and the vibe is still calm and relaxed. It's so unusual to have a ground-level pool with landscaping and lounge chairs in a close-to-the-airport hotel, but this place is gorgeous and peaceful. Staff are extra accommodating and were able to get me into a room several hours early since I arrived on an early morning flight. Highly recommend!

Clean and new property. Good natural lighting

Awesome hotel.. 5 min to the airport! Room was clean, big TV, comfortable bed! Had 2 Thai meals at the restaurant.. they were cheap and delicious! Pool area was awesome as well, great spot to chill out and catch the last few hours of Thailand sun before heading home to Canada!

The room was very clean and set up for us. We enjoyed the restaurant and the pool as well. This was a good stop for a few days to recover from our trip before the long flight home.
