Great spot for a budget staying in Sapporo. Despite the large number of guests, the social aspect wasnt the strongest, and the rules surrounding usage of facilities were a little restrictive, especially the day of checkout. However, you get a quality amount of space, and the on-site Onsen is very good. (Weird that there are cameras in the changing area, however.)

The spa is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and open. It is refreshing to stay at an establishment that the staff is so kind and helpful.

The washrooms smelled bad on the 4th and 7th floor. Like sewer or something. Also no tattoos allowed in the public bath/sauna. Wish they told me this when I checked in.
