Was wary about the star rating when I booked this but was pleasantly surprised. Everything about the hotel was great from the helpful staff checking in to the assistance with an early morning taxi on departure. I have stayed in much much worse hotels with a supposedly higher rating. Highly recommend.

Difficult to get in and out at first as was all coded, but good location and great view with decent amenities

Excellent service! They were very helpful with the check-in process even when I arrived way early to the checkin time. The room was clean and perfect for me. It is walking distance for most of the main spots in Madrid. I will stay again, hopefully soon. I love Madrid!

Excellent location near from many interest places. Plaza Mayor, Barrios de las Letras. I really stayed again in this place.

Was confusing at first because I expected to walk into a hotel from the beginning. But it is located inside an apartment building on 5th floor. It was very modern newly upgraded. Quiet . New AC. Great for solo traveling. Perfect location. Middle of everything or metro and buses right next to hotel: The only issue was there was no coffee maker:

Easy to reach by metro. Entry doors were a bit difficult. Area is convenient for nearby Lidl and Carrefour 24/7 shops. Also walking distance to many tourist sites. Would really have liked an electric kettle and coffee/tea cups; this is a great comfort for many caffiene addicts!
