施設も綺麗で、スタッフさんも非常に丁寧な対応でした。熊本行くなら、また宿泊したいです。

This Japanese-style hotel has tatami mats throughout. When you arrive, you take your shoes off and store them in lockers. Then, you can walk around the hotel barefoot or in socks. Kimonos are also provided for you to wear inside the hotel. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffet features Japanese cuisine and a few pastries. Last but not least, there is an onsen on the top floor.

朝食はバイキングですが、とても美味しく スタッフの方が連携されているのですぐに補充されとても満足出来ました。熊本旅行の際はまたお世話になりたいと思いました。

飯店很乾凈，脫鞋入飯店，湯屋很舒服，也有戶外的湯，很不錯！

I stay here for 4days in Kumamoto. The hotel is nice! It is near to the tram station which is within 5mins walk. There are lots of restaurants, convenience stores and shops nearby the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel is clean and tidy. Everyone have to remove their shoes and store in the lockers at the main entrance. The onsen is located at the top floor of the hotel. The environment of the onsen is clean and nice too. After having bath in the onsen, you can even enjoy the ice bars (in the afternoon)or the yogurt drink (in the morning) provided. Besides, the hotel provide a little bowl of free ramen as night food! Overall, it was a great experience staying here!

出来てあまり経っていないので綺麗です。 自動二輪２台で行きましたが、ホテルから150m位離れた所に駐輪場が有ったので助かりました。

非常感謝酒店職員的協助，旅程中在其中一間酒店遺漏了手錶，酒店職員熱心協助下，手錶能夠取回，非常感激該職員的協助。 酒店內設施服務都很好，房間整潔乾淨空間咁闊落，使用溫泉後有冰淇淋或乳酸菌飲料供應
